You're good to your Pokemon. And you're good on your commitments. Even if they're hard. You know I used to be incredibly bad about doing anything that wasn't fun, right?

[A bitter laugh.]

You own up to your mistakes. I didn't, till now. Because it isn't all just about me. And having people like you in my life helps remind me of that.

[She can't just run around like a hooligan anymore. She's got a good heart, but she needs reasons to notice things and things to care about. People and Pokemon.]

So don't think you're not doing something for me, okay?

[It's flattering. Even more flattering than compliments on her appearance or any sort of flirting Yuuna could come up with. In her eyes, Merrill is a much better person than she'd ever thought herself to be.]

You're really selfless. I admire that. Hell the way you helped me out of my nightmare...I won't forget that. You make me feel wanted, y'know.

[She laughs again, less bitter and more actual laughter.]

I'm just glad to have someone like you in my life. You are good to me too, just in a different way. The fact that you're cute doesn't hurt, either...

[Yuuna enjoys doing this to her, doesn't she. Merrill blushes a deep red right on cue at that little compliment, stumbling back a step or two.]

She catches Merrill by the hand and pulls her back close.]

Gods you are just so much fun to tease. How do you manage to not stay beet red around Isabela constantly?

It's only because I don't understand half of what she's talking about.

To be honest...I think I only understand about that much too.

So, how much stuff do you have to move?

Not... much.

[She doesn't own a whole lot, really.]

Just a few things of mine, and Viscount Dumar's box of fancy clothes, and Vhen'alas' box of gems.

Oh, good, then we can get you moved in today or tomorrow!

[She does blink at that.]

You live with a noble? And...a gem collector?

[Viscount Dumar and...waaaat?]

Oh, no, Viscount Dumar is my Pumpkaboo and Vhen'alas is my Sableye. They have... expensive tastes. Both of them keep coming home with fancy clothing and gemstones. I'm not really sure where they get them.

Are you ever...missing money? Or do you think they're stealing them?

I'd have to have money to begin with to be missing it. I don't know where they've been finding these things.

Maybe trashbins? Or do you think they're leaving the city?

[This...is a curious mystery. Are they just...conjuring them up?]

I've never seen where they get them from, so I don't know. They just come home with things sometimes.

Weird. I guess we could set a Pokemon to follow them, if you really wanna know.

[She does, anyway.]

And do you think my Avalugg and Ariashok can carry it all? We can get started, if you're ready. I kinda like the idea of snuggling up with you tonight.

I... think so, yes.

[Merrill smiles, nodding.]

I like that idea too.

[Yuuna's response is probably pretty predictable by now. She slips her arms around Merrill more tightly and lets out a throaty little laugh before kissing the other woman deeply.]

Good. Because I love you dear, and I can't wait to have you all settled in.

[Well...that four letter word just slipped out. But she does mean it, and it's not really that scary at this point. They've been together a while now, and that felt right, if a bit nonchalant. Though, she's never been one to worry about hiding her feelings. ]

[Merrill whispers back to Yuuna after she breaks the kiss.]

Ma'arlath... ma vhenan.

[The context is probably pretty clear here, and if it's not, Merrill makes sure of it by kissing her back.]

[Quite clear. Crystal clear. Like glass. Yuuna smiles into the kiss, nuzzling up against Merrill readily. When it's done, she takes a deep breath and nods, face flushed.]

Now...shall we go get our work done so we can play some more?

[Someone's feeling enthusiastic.]

Ah... I mean... y-yes.

[Blushing up a storm, too.]

Good.

[With that she leans in again for one more kiss before grabbing her coat.]
